Nginx
Reverse proxy and load balancing in front of application servers.
Where This Fits
Nginx terminates TLS, routes requests to the right backend service, and load-balances traffic. It is the standard layer between the public internet and a deployed application, used across most of our infrastructure engagements.
How It's Typically Deployed
Sits in front of Node.js/Next.js applications and, for virtual classroom infrastructure, in front of Scalelite-managed BigBlueButton server pools.
